This sample is from Program 1, "Series Introduction" of the Transition Series for the Florida Department of Corrections. One of the points being made is that the inmates are their own best resource in many ways, and that it is the frank, unvarnished wisdom of their fellow prisoners that gives the program its strength and depth.

This sample is from "The Real Truth About Real Jobs," a six-part video series, workbook and resource manual.  The course teaches incarcerated youth - who haven't had much experience with work or living on their own - about job skills and the world of employment.  It features interviews with currently and formerly incarcerated young people and employers.

This sample is the "SAFETY-NET Identity Logo," a brief symbolic representation of what SAFETY-NET is all about.  It received rave reviews from SAFETY-NET staff, who felt it captured their efforts to help incarcerated young people.  We used a circus-trained actor, the local police force, three cameras and three specially designed sets in the production.

This sample is from the "Forced Cell Extraction Training Program," required training for Florida Department of Corrections officers involved in forced cell extractions.  Officers reviewing the video expressed appreciation for having their jobs, professional attitudes and dedication accurately portrayed.  It received rave reviews from the FDC Bureau of Staff Development.

This sample is from Program 10-A, "Substance Abuse: Understanding the Problem" of the Transition Series for the Florida Department of Corrections.  It is an unflinching look at  substance abuse, how it begins and the attitudes that foster dependency.  Several inmates who have suffered enormously from their addictions made courageous contributions to help fellow inmates.

This sample is from the Florida Department of Corrections program, "Introduction to Even Start," a family literacy program in male and female institutions.  The program shows how incarcerated parents can increase thier own literacy and parenting skills while also supporting their own family's early childhood literacy during special, relaxed environment visitation sessions.

This sample is from the Florida Department of Corrections program, "Your Hiring Resource: Florida Correctional Vocational Students," a video and brochure for employers.  The program shows many  benefits of hiring well-trained FDC vocational students, and includes several success stories and interviews with former inmates and their current employers.

This sample is from Program 16, "Domestic Violence: An Introduction" of the Transition Series for the Florida Department of Corrections. It is the introductory video of a four-part series on domestic violence, featuring the progressive attitudes of national experts who are also familar with the relationship between incarceration and domestic violence victims.
